Job Description

    Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail Are you trustworthy in driving the business forward, always putting integrity first Were looking for someone like that to: Analyze the impact of callable/puttable features associated with Structured Products such as Equity Linked Notes on the cashflow and hence the Liquidity Measures. Calculate and publish the monthly Liquidity Outflow for the ELN portfolio and assess impact to LCR, NSFR etc. Investigate and establish the root cause of any issues with the balance sheet data and to propose the appropriate corrective action where an error has occurred (i.e. adjustments to upstream consumers or a journal) Monitor and track issues coming out of the balance sheet analysis and connect to a program of work that remediates both tactically and strategically Assist in the engagement and support of existing Liquidity remediation work to improve the Operating model and improve the accuracy and commentary of existing reporting- Design and implement controls to ensurecompliance with the regulatory policy framework- Validate the transformation of core financialinformation into regulatory vectors such as LCRand NSFR- Work within the tight deadlines imposed forregulatory reporting while making continuousimprovements that add value to our shareholdersYour teamYou ll be an integral part of L&F Business Division and Building Block Controlling team. The team focusses on calculation, control, review of key regulatory metrics in Liquidity domain (external and internal) - Liquidity Capital Ratio (LCR)The team works in a Liquidity regulatory environment which is dynamic and is growing in terms of size and complexity, thus requiring a proactive, dynamic, innovative and motivated individual to join the team and to quickly take on the above responsibilities. The team has a strong working relationship with Group Treasury and Investment, You have: A university degree with a strong understanding of accounting principles (preferably a CA qualification or MBA Finance from a reputed institute) Accounting and control experience, preferably in financial services industry Experience in Liquidity regulations and reporting across vectors such as LCR, NSFR etc. Exhibit Strong commitment to develop, maintain and abide by a strong control framework Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Skilled in MS-Excel
