4-10 years of experience in Rockwell MES related modules like production, maintenance, quality, Integration, warehouse modules.At least 3-5 years in Discrete/automotive/process industry.Should have worked on any versions of FactoryTalk ProductionCentre (FTPC) 9.3,9.4,10.1,10.2,10.3,10.4Should have hands-on experience on FTPC Process Designer.Rockwell EIG, EI-Hub Integration experience is required.Should have good knowledge of OPC communication.Should have good knowledge Live Transfer and Data Purge activities.Should be familiar with various modules of the Rockwell Modular framework.Should have hands-on experience in SSRS report, FactoryTalk VantagePoint reports, Jasper reportsShould be familiar with MES domain and terminologies Understanding of ISA 95.Understand Customer Business Requirements, Scenarios, Use cases, User Experience need in the domain of MES.Understand the Technical specifications and translate them into Detailed Technical Specifications.Should have good knowledge in SQL and Oracle database and skills including Stored Procedures, Indexed Views, User Defined Functions.Good communication skills and analytical skills with flair in Microsoft products like excel, word, visio etc.Should be ready to work in shift and on-site if required.Should have knowledge of roll-out, support activities and change request handling, impact analysis, issue resolution, work around etc,
