If you would like some flexibility then please discuss this with the hiring manager.Introduction:As a Head of Program Management, you will be responsible for managing the overall build-the-bank portfolio spanning across the IAM department ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and management reporting.The role requires someone with strong Identity Management (IDM) knowledge and exposure to working with market leading identity management toolsets (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, SalePoint, CyberArk etc.). This role is composed of 5 key functions:

  • Program management
  • Stakeholder management at senior leadership roles (Directors, Managing Directors)
  • Management reporting, presentation and internal communications
  • People Management
  • Strategic Roadmap design and planning
This role would have responsibility of managing projects and implementing programs for the bank Globally as as per IAM Security Standard and controls requirements. These include areas such as Identity management toolset roll-out program, Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) process re-engineering program, etc. What will you be doing
  • Change Portofolio Management tracking and reporting progress on key milestones
  • Program management oversight of one or multiple programs consisting multiple projects and deliveries
  • Risk and Issue management
  • Working with external and internal leads to garner cross-functional support
  • Establishing measures of success and track the progress of business impact
  • Driving communication strategy of the partnership program to senior leaders, internal teams and partners where applicable
  • Leading and coaching the organization in the adoption of best in class strategy and communications
  • Budget Management for project and program in hand
What we re looking for:
    • Strong experience in SDLC, Project Management, Change management.
    • Experience in End to End Customer Journey Mapping, and Design Thinking as approaches to refine requirements working with relevant business partners and customers
    • Demonstrated expertise leading teams directly and influencing partners
    • Experience setting up and leading Transformation Programs
Skills that will help you in the role:
    • Experience in Agile Methodologies as an approach to transforming technical delivery
    • Experience in leading Business Analysis and solution design is preferred
    • Experience in Information security and control/compliance environment
    • Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
    • Computer Fluency- MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point
    • Familiar with collaboration tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
