Duties and Responsibilities To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any enovia and CAD related issue. Contact 2nd line support when problem cannot be resolve. As part of managed services, person should create the required documentation like Knowledge Base articles, FSD, TDD in case of changes, Busienss Process understanding document based on the trainings. Work towards identifying the pain areas in current Processia way of working or from customer way of working and suggest the mitigation plans to mitigate it. Application Monitoring. Skills / Attributes Required Good Knowledge of ITIL concepts Excellent telephone manner and customer facing communication skills Person should have knowledge of Change Management, Security Context , Item BOM management, MQL Job servers , FCS, MCS, Indexing Servers details + check logs + monitoring Project Based Authorisation - Workspace, Collaborative Space and how it works Basic knowledge of CAD software like Catia, Inventor, Autocad and office integration would be nice to have
