A good helpdesk support candidate with basic knowledge of .NET (MVC/ASPX/WCF) technology.The candidate needs to work in shifts on rotational basis. He will be the first point of contact for customer communication and do first level of troubleshooting of issues. The candidate needs to work proactively and ensure all communication and status updates to customer as well do timely follow-ups with internal stakeholders. The candidate must be willing to work in shifts and be proactive to handle customer complaints for reducing customer escalations and do timely follow up with internal stakeholders (L2/L3 etc)Responsibilities
