Job Description

    *Should have At least 4+ Years of Experience in Fusion Technical or Techno-functional experience in Oracle HCMReady to take-up challenging projects and roles Product Skills Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud productShould have participated as a technical/techno-function resource in end-to-end implementation projectsStrong expertise in SQL and a good understanding of HCM tables Good hands-on HCM Extracts / BIP / OTBI Analyses & Dashboards.Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates. Hands-on experience in customizing Payslip templatesExpertise in different Sandbox tools like HCM Design Experience Studio, Page Composer, Structure, etc.Good understanding of Roles and Application security.Must have worked in Data Migration of Payroll Objects for implementation projectsGood understanding of using SOAP web services and Rest APIs and able to help the OIC PaaS team.Strong written and verbal communications skills Good to have functional knowledge in at least two of the below modules.Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation and, OTLExperience in creating Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities,
