Job Description

Looking for IMMEDIATE JoinersJob Responsibility:Day to day processing of Bureau cash allocation in line with service levels. Overseas offices cash allocation. Working to meet agreed SLAs. Undertake training of new staff. Ensure quality checks are undertaken. Assist in identifying potential or actual issues that may adversely affect the business. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and User Guides accurately reflect current procedures.Principal Accountabilities:Planning, Organizing & Communication: Lloyds and Company cash allocation. Basic knowledge of Lloyds and London market practices.Basic Knowledge of Exchanging premium and claim processing. A strong understanding of the (re)insurance industry. Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative. Excellent organisational and prioritization skills. Hard working and willingness to go above and beyond to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent knowledge of Lloyds of London Market.
  • Prior experience in Underwriting back office functions like Credit Control, Delegated Underwriting, Risk
  • Entry, Premium and Claims Messaging.
  • CII certificates like LM1, LM2, CII will be an advantage.
  • Ensure the Key performance indicators / SLAs set by clients are achieved
  • SLA Compliance: Should be able to track requirements and maintain performance for day to day
  • operations Quality, Turn Around Time and Productivity.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral)
  • Ability to multi task and meet the targets within defined timelines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Apps Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Etc.
  • Highly process driven individual with ability to work without supervision
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Excellent team and client interfacing skills
