    * o Educational Qualification
    • Engineering Graduate, Mechatronics/ Electronic /Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
    o Experience
    • 8-12 Years of experience in Product Development
    o Special Knowledge: (Skills / Languages etc.)
    • Good networking skills and contacts in the Research & Development areas of Mercedes-Benz AG
    • Good knowledge of internal processes and systems of Mercedes-Benz AG
    • Exposure to international intercultural concerns and fluency in English/German (optional)
    • Excellent leadership skills
    0 Technical Skills
    • Experience with Component/system responsibility in automotive domain.
    • Steer development of new/innovative intrerior light, decorative trims, steering wheel functions.
    • Lead the development process together with series supplier and internal cross function teams.
    • Experience in supplier management and internal stakeholder management.
    • Responsible for proof of specifications.
    • Knowledge of plastic part design, tooling, materials and manufacturing processes.
    • Basic System level understanding of automotive electronic systems.(CAN/LIN)
