Job Description

    • Should have good Experience in Core HR Functions.
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Take care of Joining Formalities and Exit Formalities.
    • Check and verify attendance of Employees deputed to client location.
    • Manage Payroll processing and Maintain Employee Database.
    • Good Knowledge of Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, PT.
    • Regular interaction and Coordination with Employees for attendance and queries related to payroll.
    • Prepare and Maintain HR MIS Report.
