Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage varied phases of employee life cycle that includes recruitment, new joiners on-boarding, maintain employee records, maintain attendance and leaves for salary processing, support the performance management process, process the benefits like insurance and manage the exit formalities. Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all the office assets. Updating attendance punching machine in coordination with the IT. Provide administrative support to the management. Provide end to end internship and placement support to the scholarship recipients by working with Corporate Partners and hiring organizations. Maintain the database accurately. Coordinate with the girls as well as with Corporate Partners for implementing project. Coordinate with project monitoring & evaluation consultant for the smooth running of cloud based system, track, and monitor and report the progress.
