Job Description

    Job RoleOutreach Career Facilitator Hiring Identify, interact, and develop partnerships with the colleges or institutes offering courses like Arts, Humanities, B. ED, MSW, Psychology, Sociology Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to optimize enrollment by attracting applicants for the Career Facilitator role Assist prospective applicants with the Facilitator hiring process and role and responsibilities. Establish open communication with the interested candidates Coordinate with the Placement Cell of the colleges for Outreach activities and pre-placement talk Managing the database and submitting outreach reports as appropriateProfile Requisites: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Excellent time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Tech Savvy (comfortable using Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva and other editing software will be appreciated) Flexibility to work odd hours when required Minimum 3. months commitment required with 4 hrs to 6 hrs per day.
