Responsibilities - Supervising and managing the team of HRBPs at Regional level to deliver the best employee experience. Responsible for business partnering from the bottom line as well as top-line employees and ensuring its profit center s operate smoothly. Maintaining various HR dashboards and reports on people and process analytics to help apprise systems and processes
Managing HR operational activity from recruit-to-retire. Driving employee engagement in the company including employee satisfaction surveys, employee communication strategy. Administering the performance appraisals and ensuring to the adherence to performance management process. Works closely with multiple operational stakeholders to formulate the HR strategy for their respected business requirement. Ensure timely action in regard to recognition and disciplinary processes to align the workforce and ensure clear standards of behaviour and performance Explore the industry trends on new Initiatives and best practices
