Job Description

We are building for the future, and we want you to be a part of it!Reporting to the Senior Manager - Human Resources, The Talent Operations Coordinator will help facilitate Talent processes and programs across the Human resources and Talent Acquisition department for India region. This role will work closely with the global HR Business Partner team, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Benefits teams. This role will own and support dynamic people programs that drive an outstanding employee experience.The ideal candidate will bring a hardworking approach to Talent programs and processes, a fast learner with outstanding customer service skills. This is an outstanding and exciting role for an entry level professional that is looking for a growth opportunity in Talent Operations in a global organization.Crucial Functions
    • Strive for excellence surrounding the candidate experience, from interview scheduling for both onsite and virtual interactions to travel accommodations and processing associated expenses
    • Own responsibility for Acquia s Applicant Tracking System, create open requisitions in system and operate as the Subject Matter Expert on daily interactions and platform improvements; ensuring data is accurate and available for reporting.
    • Run audits on the offer approval process with the business and CPO - confirmation on DOJ, compensation offered, job title and job location.
    • Prepare an offer packet for the shortlisted candidates which includes: offer letter creation, policy documents, new hire form, etc.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources to efficiently and accurately complete background checks and new hire information
    • Research and work with external vendors to compare options, select and implement new tools, roll out processes, and coordinate solutions
    • Program lead for Acquia s Pre-boarding and Onboarding Foundations Program.
      • Program includes; Running pre-boarding program for all offered candidates, executing pre-hire communications, welcoming New Hires during Day 1 Orientation, handling vital new hire documentation, handling new hire swag gifts, new hire check-ins, summarizing survey feedback and follow up.
    • Facilitate Offboarding Process: Lead termination process to include; Employee/manager communications, offboarding materials, exit interviews and support quarterly turnover reports insights.
    • Support HRBP s with employee questions, handling tier 1 employee inquiries and talent management programs, and calling out accordingly.
    • Regularly prepare trend reporting, insights and recommendations for the business: Topics may include; New Hire experience, Employee Relations, Offboarding/Exit Feedback, and Employee development opportunities, etc.
    • Lead and execute Contractor on-boarding (ADP) and offboarding(ADP and IT Ticketing)
    • Employee Change Letters: Produce change letters for promotions/adjustments, title change, manager change etc.
    • Create and distribute employee verification letters and change letters as needed
    • Partner with HRBP and Finance team to run monthly payroll cycle
    • SME for all HR/TA related tools and platforms
    • Adhoc duties may include reviewing of tools and process, run market research and cost analysis, keeping all process documentation up to date
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 1-3 years of relevant Talent Operations/Coordinator experience
    • Exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Executes with a high sense of urgency. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to the needs of the business
    • Ability to interact, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, work in a collaborative and supportive manner.
    • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams successfully
    • Optimally executes with an eye to optimize and create efficiencies while implementing standard methodologies
    • Demonstrates effective critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving
    • Self-starter and solutions-oriented with solid attention to detail and accuracy
    • Prior experience with MS Office; strong Powerpoint and Excel experience for data analysis, reporting
    • Greenhouse, ADP, Portico experience a plus
