Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.What you will be doingGENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESInteract with customers and business analysts on the onshore and offshore team and determine the functional specifications.Elicit requirements based on customer demands.Research issues reported by customers and provide the solution within the expected timeframe.Provide the best possible solution within the purview of the product keeping in mind about possible future scenarios.Document and test business requirements.Trains internal customers (employees) on changes, new systems or new procedures.May identify new tools, technology or processes that improve the overall processing environment or processing efficiency.Assists in the definition of external and internal customer problems and needs. Discusses expectations with customers. May explain solutions directly to customers where appropriate.Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESKnowledge of client objectives and business priorities and FIS role in achieving those objectives and prioritiesKnowledge of costs/benefit implications of products and servicesAbility to understand real need behind client stated needs, to anticipate client future needs, to discern business opportunities in client needs and work effectively with multiple client contactsSkill in solving client business problemsProactively take steps to better client relationshipsAbility to show concern for needs, feelings and issues of clients, to communicate that client s business is valued, to meet client perception of high quality/best value services and products and to ensure commitments are accomplished according to client specificationsAbility to respond to client questions or needs even if outside area of responsibilityAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and publicSkillsetsRich experience in Securities Processing domain.Good experience in interacting with customers.Excellent testing and documentation skills.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.
