*Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. • Contributing to the Architecture/Solution Design, providing experiences / best practices
• Responsible for the delivery of the agreed Scope of workload implementation
• Assisting in test of the implemented solution
• Perform Security Assurance Reviews

Tell me more Working as an implementer of P2P projects you will be part of a versatile team of specialists. Collaborating with your peers, P2P Workload Architects as well as country based Sales and Consulting teams will be critical to execute the delivery model. On a Day to day basis you will participate in either one or more concurrent engagements, to grow a cloud business for Oracle. Typical P2P projects include: DB or applications move to cloud, reporting, autonomous DB, machine learning, analytics, high performance computing and many more. You will be focused on customer success and results-oriented. You will be focused to deliver high quality with your technical expertise and your communication skills, in order to create an outstanding experience for your customers.What does a P2P delivery look like With opportunities provided by our cloud sales org, the P2P Team will engage with the customer to unpack the business challenge (for example Analytics) and architectural scope into a delivery plan that we can align with the customer s expectations. It is likely you will have already been in the loop with the customer during the sales cycle . Once we have a deal signed with the customer, you will work with the customer and the wider P2P Team to ensure we create a short sharp WOW delivery experience for our customers in approx. 50daysWhat do I need to bring to the table Be a leader, a doer , with a vision & desire to contribute to a business with a technical project focus and mentality that centers around a superior customer experience.
