Job Description

    Job Description
    1. B/C/D sample development with suppliers
    2. PPAP release of child parts in co-rdination with global stakeholders
    3. Series supply ramp-up of local suppliers
    4. On-site process release audits & visits at local suppliers
    5. PR/PO Creation for sample events, Knowledge of SAP is required.
    6. Participating in the Technical reviews with different suppliers & selection of the best supplier. Devloping the parts as per global requirements along with the targets of meeting the quality as well as quantity. Giving technical help to suppliers for the undertsanding the requirements of validation, testing, packaging & other product specific requirements.
    7. Assist supplier in developing their part/process to meet quality requirements.
    8. Conduct internal project kick off with all stakeholder conduct tooling kick off for soft tooling / hard tooling readiness.
    9. Conduct supplier audits & evaluations to verify the suppliers process & documents in control.
    10. Localisation projects- child parts localisation from imported supplier to local supplier.
    11. Capacity study, CT study & improvements at supplier end. Realizasation of defined cost reduction projects.
    12. Identify, investigate & resolve supplier Technical or system issues related to product or process realisation to have effective closures. Troubleshoot flawless closures in coordination with global stake holders.Investigate product quality problems determine root cause, gather & analyse the data & implement corrective actions
    13. Works in line to achieve leadership targets of cost, quality & delivery. Drive cost reduction & innovation projects.
    14. Interface between supplier & global stakeholders for new product development.
    15. Experince & knowledge of the supply chain & program management.
    16. Track project time schedules, coordinate internally and with supplier for on time project delivery, follow up for sub suppliers, PPAP for production release, track project targets, technical requirements and escalate to management level if necessary
