The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.-----------> Role Seeking a CyberArk administrator responsible for managing CyberArk production environment managing nearly hundreds of accounts. Troubleshooting system and application accounts in a diverse systems/application architecture. Must be familiar with password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, accounts integrations, maintaining/creating new safes, and CyberArk policies. Further responsibilities include Windows Security Administration skills(L1/L2) , with respect to information/systems security and identity/access management. Candidate may be required to provide end-user training and CyberArk infrastructure management. Proactive management of ITSM activities to maximize customer experience, and increase the overall value of supported applications/functionalities. Provide business support security applications for identity, authorization, and policy management in a multi-tiered infrastructure. Drive defect resolution and through design and development of simple, re-usable, service enabled, maintainable, and scalable security solutions that meet business requirements, and comply with information security policies. Partner with your peers in Business Operations (BizOps), Engineering and other internal identity access management teams to ensure delivery of services aligns with governance controls and support trequirements. Interlock with cross-functional teams and deliver global projects working with regional offices.-----------> All About You tIntermediate skills in Corporate Security (Information, Indentity & Access Management concepts) tMust have fundamental understanding of Privilege Access Management solutions, especially on CyberArk tool/solution. tSolid hands-on/administrative experience, on CyberArk tool. tStrong organization, problem solving and communication skills tAs required, provide support off shift and be available for on call support out of standard working hours. tResearch new methodologies to improve security and development practices. tCoach junior level employees on application processes and security best practices.Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
