This team works on Development and Support for Outsourcing clients. What you bring: Reconciliation IT Experience
• Understanding of trade life cycle and fundamentals of capital markets
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Complex issue triage, investigation, and coordination to closure
• Experience in user support and problem solving
• Excellent written & oral communication
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
Must have skills
• SQL Good understanding of DML and DDL commands and able to write complex stored procedures and scripts.
Good to have skills
• Worked on Data Integrity Manager (Formerly IntelliMatch) or similar other recon applications like Smartstream TLM, Gresham CTC, etc.
• Worked on File Preprocessing using ETL tools, or Scripting languages (Batch, Perl, etc.)
• Worked on Business Intelligence reporting tools Crystal Reports or Business Objects
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
• Worked on Technical and Business Configuration for Intellimatch upgrades
Job Description (What you will be doing)
• Techno-functional consultant role in Reconciliations
• Requirements gathering and analysis for projects by liaising with business
• Create and maintain documentation (process maps, specifications)
• Technical build of all Intellimatch and Intellisuite modules
• SIT and Unit testing
• Training end users on application functionality
• Creating user guides and manuals
• Participation in stand-up meetings
• Face off with business teams on projects and enhancements
• Maintaining open and timely communication with relevant business and IT teams
• Resolving technical issues and supporting functional user queries where required
• Participating in production implementations and post implementation support
• Utilizing skillset to work on other sub teams when required (e.g. Automation for operations)
