Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an Interior Designer & Sales Consultant. This position involves a unique blend of creative design expertise and sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces while also possessing the ability to effectively communicate and sell design concepts to clients.Responsibilities:
    1. Interior Design:
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints.
      • Develop innovative and personalized design concepts that align with clients vision and requirements.
      • Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software.
      • Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories to enhance the design concept.
      • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design projects.
      • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and products in interior design to continually enhance design solutions.
    2. Sales:
      • Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and promote our interior design services.
      • Present design proposals and product recommendations to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
      • Provide accurate estimates and quotations for design projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
      • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients, addressing any concerns or objections effectively.
      • Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
      • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
