Internal Shared Service - Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager will play a key role being part of large portfolio that supports delivery of Core HR deliverables. You will lead the teams through a period of change, evolving the service to deliver a high quality shared QA & Testing service across multiple application teams. Drive a culture of automation, process improvement and efficiencies and a tight focus on consistent high testing standards. Do you have technical expertise in application delivery with a strong focus and back ground in testing Are you working with SaaS vendors/in-house solution in implementations/integrations/upgrade releases Looking to utilize your strong creative, innovative ideas that you can implement Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally We are looking for a candidate that has proven experience as both a line manager to a large internal/external team - coupled with proven delivery experience in IT. We re looking for a Deliver Manager to: ability to lead a team of QA & Test Engineers including test lead, defect manager, performance testers, automation testers. At a minimum you will have managed a team of 15 direct reports and overall managed a larger team that consists of employees and ITO team colleagues ability to work in a functional and technical capacity including analysing project requirements and provide technology solutions to support successful deliverables and to strengthen our position in test automation ability to line manager and track day to day tasks for our environment change/control management team (ECM). Support and ensure a smooth running of this team and to constantly look for improvements and efficiencies create/assist/troubleshoot the development of Test Automation Framework, Standards and Controls provide a service to other delivery leads and support supply of testing resources to different projects interact with the project team members to support end to end delivery, environment refreshes, stability and adherence to bank policy and standards ensure all documentation is in compliance with our SDLC and standards, i.e., test approach & strategy, test scenarios and provide feedback on approach and estimates point of contact working with QA & Testing chapter lead to introduce and manage initiatives and updates to the teams contribute to program/project review meetings. Support Quality Assurance Management directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities maintain and guide test automation execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirements work with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement support Test Lead and defect manager in upward stakeholder management provide authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of QA & Test planning and execution actively plan the induction and KT to support the onboarding of new team membersYour Career ComebackWe are open to applications from career returners.
