Job Description

    DescriptionThe International Accountant will be responsible for review & application of Qualys worldwide customer cash payments with adherence to internal policies & procedures. This role also includes additional responsibility of review & audit of Qualys worldwide employee expense reports with adherence to internal T&E policies & procedures.The ideal candidate should possess the strong understanding of order to cash (O2C) process. The knowledge and experience on expense audit process is preferred though not must. The candidate should be able to work independently under minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Cash Application:
    • Daily Cash Posting to open invoices for Qualys worldwide customers
    • Reconciliation of the Bank Statement with the General Ledger on daily basis
    • Address the daily unapplied cash with help of Collections team
    • Address queries from the Collections team and the Management
    • Managing under / overpaid invoices, bad debts & write offs
    • Weekly & monthly reports in cash application
    • Participation in process improvements & automation initiatives
    Expense Reports Audit:
    • Review & approve expense reports in Concur in line with T&E policy
    • Address queries from employees on expense claims
    • Monthly & quarterly T&E spend reports
    • Participation in process improvements & automation initiatives
    Requirements:
    • MBA Finance or equivalent degree in finance
    • Relevant professional work experience of 3 to 4 years
    • Experience in Oracle NetSuite and Concur
    • Advanced Excel skills with a strong background in analytics and reporting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to read, interpret, and consistently apply policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated and works independently
    • Experience of working in a multi-national software product company or SaaS preferred
    • Shift working is required for this role with a few hours of overlap with US west coast time zone
