Job Description

As part of this mission, we are seeking passionate educators to join us as Career Gurus and bring this valuable initiative to schools across the country.Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct Career Assessments: Administer Dheyas scientifically designed career assessments to students within assigned schools.
    2. Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops and seminars within schools to create awareness about the importance of informed career decision-making.
    3. Collaboration with Schools: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure the successful implementation of Dheyas career guidance program.
    4. Promotion and Outreach: Actively promote Dheyas mission within the school community and engage in outreach activities to increase awareness about the benefits of scientifically guided career decisions.
    Qualifications:
    • Serving School Principal / Vice Principal / high School Coordinator.
    • Passion for helping students discover and pursue their strengths and interests.
