Job Description

    • Manage the OneStream footprint in Flex.
    • Evaluate standard functionality in OneStream to leverage the system for process improvement. Re-design and develop applications and functionality as required.
    • Understand the Manual Excel based processes and dependencies for Period End Close and develop interactive solutions via workflows, models in OneStream.
    • Develop custom dashboards that will generate custom integration solutions.
    • Contribute to application development projects as assigned.
    The experience were looking to add to our team:
    • At least 8-10 years experience with OneStream / Hyperion Planning / PBCS.
    • Experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
    • Experience leading medium to large scale Hyperion Planning / PBCS implementation projects
    • Experience with OneStream Account Reconciliation/Consolidation/Planning model in both development and administrative roles
    • Experience with automation scripts using VB.NET/C#
    • Experience of Accounting, Finance Business Processes and Data Flows.
    • Experience of General Ledger, sub-ledgers and the financial close process.
    • Experience in Data Integration and Process Integration across multiple platforms including ERP and Data Warehouse.
    • Proficient in SQL skills with the ability to understand relational data models.
    • Ability to tune and optimize applications for Optimal Data Load, Calculation and Query Performance.
    • Excellent written and communication skills
