Job Description

    Junior UI/UX DesignerPosition Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement.Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Assist in the creation of design guidelines and maintain design. consistency across all products. Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs. Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred,
