Job Description

  • This role will be based at clients place (On-site)- Changodar ,Ahmedabad
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
  • Answer F2F interaction at client location
  • Solving billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customers/stakeholders
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Will Operate as the lead/Single point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers assigned.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by developing trust with all key
  • accounts && customer stakeholders.
  • Planning && executing value added activities.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing customers, together with generating new business.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Maintenance of all data regarding all service aspects (additional order, repairing, replacement,return, etc.)
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external
  • stakeholders by sharing crisp && clear report.
Key Skills Required
  • Must be minimum Graduate.
  • Should have 3-4 years of Experience in Service industry. Leadership experience will be an added advantage
  • Working in B2B companies setup will be preferred.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Must be available to work for 6 Days a week && should be flexible in working hours
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in English, Hindi && Gujarati
  • Excel knowledge along with fair knowledge of word and ppt .
