Job Description

    Manages a set of 5-6 Account managersOperates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to employeesAcquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employeesEnsuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourcedRequired Candidate profileAdhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policyGraduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)CTC -11 lakhscall hidden_mobileRelationship Manager Business Bankingwww.hyfly.inDevelops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships forliabilities and commercial assets. Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bankpolicy. Cross sells existing bank products to customers. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expandthe banking relationship. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective andexisting clients. Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to otherproducts. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customersatisfactionDeveloping and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of highnet worth customers through individualized customer service. Very good understanding of Trade and Forex & CA. Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Financeetc Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation, High energy and drive. Go getter attitude. Self motivated with a passion to achieve.
