Job Description

L2 Voice Engineer(UCCE)PuneFull-Time

  • Troubleshooting and providing support of Cisco I UCCE for the Client. Managing and Troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), ICM, CVP, CCMP, CUIC, vCUSP, Cube,etc. should be well verged with ICM Configuration Manager and ICM Script Editor for Call flow change Troubleshooting and Configuration changes of ICM, CVP, CUCM, VXML Gateways, and CUIC. Analyze logs, reports from CVP servers in scope for any issues and generate diagnostic reports. Troubleshooting of Voice Gateways, CUBE and Call signaling protocols on SIP Voice Gateways Extract and examine log files using Dump log or appropriate utility, Set Trace levels on ICM Servers and Run SQL queries for different reporting purposes on ICMdb. Troubleshooting various call routing and call quality issues with Cisco UCCE devices. co-ordinate with support team like Network team, Windows, Database administrator etc. and make issue is taken to closure Strong Analytical & troubleshooting skills Shall be a self-starter & able to front-end customer teams for understanding Requirements / issues and quickly address the same technically towards resolution Should be willing to work in a 24 x 7 environment & withstand Floor pressure Ensure 100% compliance wrt processes for Incident, Problem & Change Management as per set processes
