Job Description

  • BE/B.Tech. or ME/MTech. in mechanical/electronics
Experience-
  • 5+ year experience of HLAT/HASS testing in testing laboratories or end line tests.
  • Should be able to prepare test setup, provide input parameters, conduct the HLAT tests and prepare test report
  • Should be able to interpret test results and logically conclude the product MTBF (Mean time between failures)
Roles & Responsibilities- DutiesTasksTest Sample & Set-up preparation
  • Prepare test sample as per defined procedure
  • Prepare equipments ready for testing
  • Arrange measurement equipments and tools
Testing
  • Conduct HALT tests on lighting fixtures, electronics parts, etc.
  • Define/Maintain the testing procedures, work flow, record maintenance
  • Prepare the test reports and communicate to test requestor/supervisor
Test equipment Maintenance
  • Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of test equipments
  • Coordinate Timely calibration
5S + Safety
  • Establish and maintain uncompromised 5S & safety at workplace
