If youre ready to excel, innovate, and truly enjoy your work, apply now for the position detailed below.The OpportunitySSE Team in Flash-HDD product linesJob Responsibilities:Lab ownership: Own complete Silicon System Engineering Lab with detail inventory & be single point of contact to SSE engineering at PuneStakeholders: Closely work with engineering, IT, Vendor, procurement to make sure lab is functioning 24X7 .Procurement: Closely work with engineering team for all hardware requirements, configurations , Open PR , follow-up with Vendors, Marvell facility for all shipmentsTrack all shipments & own all Lab AuditsLab process: Define best lab practices & drive it across Silicon System Engineering team.Soldering & Rework: Should be hands on with PCB soldering & reworkRequirements:Bachelors degree in Software, Computer or Electrical streams, and at least 4 - 8 years professional experience and/or masters degree in Software, Computer or Electrical stream, and at least 4-8 years professional experience, in following domains Lab Technician, Lab Manager, Soldering & reworking PCB, Equipment configurationsOverall GPA of 3.5 or higherStrong Lab management skills, a good understanding WorkBench , Rack Infrastructure in Storage, Networking or Semiconductor industryIn depth knowledge of Soldering & Reworking PCB boardsExperience working with PCIe analyzer, logic analyzer, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power supply kinds of environmentExpertise in finding right configurations for equipments & working closely with vendor for procurement, installations & ongoing support for those.Good knowledge of Pre-Silicon/Post-Silicon labs having infra having Compressor, Dryer setupsAble to work across disciplines and manage time across several demandsSelf-starter, able to drive for answers and ambiguous situationsExcellent written and oral communication skills (English),
