Transition Coordination: SOW / Metric Determination: Signs off on the training /certification methodology at the engagement level. Operations: Resource Planning (People, Infrastructure etc.): Co-ordinates resource deployment across all processes for the engagement (Team Size, Span, Shift Utilization, Skill sets, technology rollout) Ensures seamless communication and interaction with the all internal & external stakeholders including the client. Acts as a contact and escalation point for all operational complaints and escalations Manages the whole operation with respect to people related matters, on the engagement level is responsible for retention and job satisfaction In cooperation with other functions ensures timely billing and engagement budget management as well as appropriate infrastructure for smooth functioning of the engagement,
