The role offers a broad variety of responsibilities including great learning opportunities.Brief primary function of your role:
• The role will be accountable to build Salesforce integrations for Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities and specifically integrating to enterprise systems both front end and back end.
• The role will do this by leading as a key technology implementer.
• Being accountable for integrations across the project life cycle the role will also need to contribute to drive learnings and processes across functional teams, design, development and operations bringing in synergies and intense collaboration across areas.
QualificationsRequirement:
• 12+ years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years of integration experience.
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
• Strong Salesforce configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities)
• Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
• Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript would be a plus
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc.
• Experience with Field Service and PRM will be a positive but not mandatory.
• If you are proactive, sharp and good communicator and able to manage customer expectations
• A forward thinking person with aptitude to understand key priorities and strategic initiatives of front end teams (functional, technical, architectural and operations) and demonstrates working knowledge of applications and processes.
• A collaborative person who communicates effectively across various IT communities and business personnel to gather key strategies, objectives, expectations, problem areas and create action plans.
• A courageous person who can challenge the status quo in a constructive way to ensure the best solutions are implemented which will benefit across teams.
• A motivated individual who has proven earlier experience of being able to execute all responsibilities defined in responsibilities section.
• An individual leader who works with colleagues, contractors and other function leads to deliver quality solutions on Salesforce.
