Job Description

    • Very good experience of working in Agile environment and documenting user stories especially in the healthcare domain/industry
    • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills, Multi-Tasking abilities, with proven experience in utilizing people and process knowledge to assist enterprises in making critical decision.
    • Hands on experience in functional testing and solution validation
    • Hands on experience to create user stories based on the epics identified (Metrics, business req. functional req., Use Cases, NFRs)
    • Work with Product Management to document standard and edge-case user workflows, custom configurations and interfaces, and system functionality.
    • Work with engineering to document underlying workflows.
    • Write user stories and manage priorities with the engineering team.
    • Provide input into prioritization for multiple sprints.
    • Collaborate with Solutions Management and Product Management to define and execute product releases.
    • Help move interfaces under code control.
    • Hands on experience in using BPM tools such as ARIS / MS Visio
    • Good understanding of Requirements Management Lifecycle and concepts
    • Facilitate and Lead requirements gathering /process design workshops with very large groups of SME s and business teams.
    • Ability to lead and drive process modeling discussions with very minimal support and guidance from the management
    • Very Strong Business Process Modeling experience using models within BPM tools
    • Responsible for investigation of AS-IS processes and designed/suggest the Improved stack TO-BE Operational Model processes based on the GAP Analysis and Problem Identification
    • Conduct conference calls to understand, develop and strengthens business relationships by regularly planning, and facilitating meetings
    • Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) and identifying Critical Success Factors (CSI s) for the processes
    • Interacting with clients and stakeholders on regular basis and review performance
    • Experience of working and coordinating with across various groups, leading cross functional teams, including: production support staff, management, software developers, customer representatives, quality assurance engineers and testers
    Experience Required:
    • A result oriented professional having around 6-8 years of experience in IT
    • Strong experience of establishing user stories that represent the overall scope of the project. Help the product owner establish user stories from the requirement models created during business analysis.
    • Strong experience of working as a Business Analysts for software development projects
    • Experience to create Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Nonfunctional Requirements Document and Use Cases Specifications
    • Well versed in Requirements/Change Management, Impact Analysis and Gap Analysis
    • Hands on Microsoft Live Meetings or WebEx tools
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Willingness to travel to other places, if required
    • Understanding of Process Frameworks like eTOM, APQC, ITIL, would be an advantage
