Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Accountable for seamless availability of Collections applications and platform capabilities including periphery Collections Systems. Accountable for Collection system user management and compliance Accountable for Collection system routine configurations and maintaining system sanctity. Accountable to perform routine health checks in system database / user base and compliance Liaison with IT team for timely delivery of collection enhancements Liaison with respective stakeholders and defined SLAs for deliverable items (User Management New product / new location / user configuration) Tracking monitoring Delivery basis SLA and publishing SLA dashboards with stakeholders. Support Collections team in strategy execution with system configurations as per requirements. Liaison with core Technology and other IT team for timely developments and implementation of new applications / platforms. Leading collection projects and delivering end to end project objectives of the projects Tracking monitoring and publishing regular updates of collection projects Interface with cross functional teams to ensure timely deployment of change management with respect to collection systems. Imparting training to Collection IT & System Enhancement team members on the new features / functionalities. Work with multiple stakeholders across technology business intelligence Call Centre etc. to understand system performance trends and further requirements and ensure seamless delivery. Ensuring SOP for every system related processes maintained at document & versions are reviewed and signed off on monthly basis. Accountable for regular process monitoring and periodic sampling to ensure adherence to the SOP Accountable for team training and empowerment to deliver better. Accountable for audit queries resolution. Responsible for coordinating with various business and functional stakeholders on Collection Platforms. - Strong data and technology orientation - Act as an expert in the area of System Management and workflows. - In depth understanding of collection function and functional requirement in terms of technology / systems - Able to take initiatives in developing solutions for business requirements Identify evaluate and implement new initiatives for collections in technology domain Identify areas of improvement and building delivery plan for such improvements. , * Accountable for seamless availability of Collections applications and platform capabilities including periphery Collections Systems.
