Job Description

This position reports functionally to the Team lead in Pune, part of the Global Technology Services Team

  • You will be responsible to manage & support our Babelway & WinEDI EDI platform as well as some legacy EDI technologies they use. Your natural overview enables you to manage the many processes in this challenging global and complex environment. Your communication and people skills as well as your 201cCan Do 201d attitude will contribute to the positive atmosphere in the team
  • Development and Maintenance of operational EDI interfaces
  • Provide consultancy as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders and other application management teams.
  • Work closely with our Business Data & Intelligence team to ensure proper identification of requirements, implementation and rollout of the interfaces.
  • Support global EDI trading partners connecting them to our managed service platform, through X.400, AS2, VAN, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SOAP, EDIFACT etc.
  • Work closely with the vendors to ensure proper delivery of planned enhancements within delivery dates and with the agreed levels of quality.
  • Giving guidance to our Corporate Oracle Fusion Middleware team for IntraCompany order routing.
  • Establish and follow an appropriate stagegate style process for new projects. Track and maintain appropriate project and routine activity metrics.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of accuracy during routine and project activities.
  • Other activities as required to achieve defined job objectives.
