As one of the world s leading providers of software and processing solutions to the financial services sector FIS solutions are wide ranging.What you will be doing Work with the testing team globally for the preparation of test plans & testing of software products. Create, write and maintain Test Scripts and Plans based upon a defined Test Strategy. Work closely with Development, Product and Project management team(s) Determine manual / automated testing scope. Identify, plan and setup Test environments and relevant applications on the test environment Define & follow strong documentation ethics Maintain products operations/functional knowledge base.Mandatory Skills- Understanding Commodities trading (ETRM or CTRM) or financial trading background. Understand Web Applications, XML, write simple SQL or PL/SQL queries for the DB. Build & enhance regression test suite.Additional Notes: Exposure to JIRA tool and SCRUM methodologies is highly preferred.What you will bring Knowledge / Experience Industry QA experience up to 4+ years. (Automation/Manual) Willingness to share workload in Manual Testing whenever required. Hands on experience with back-end, front-end and API testing. Test Automation experience. (Esp. with tools QTP, Selenium etc ) Experience in setting up, trouble-shooting and maintaining test environments. Experience/Understanding of Scrum Methodology. Solid understanding of SDLC, including requirements, functional specifications, development, QA, release management, source control, etc. Very Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take ownership for QA deliverables. Detailed orientated, inquisitive, excellent problem solver and perform under pressure.Qualifications
