Our goal over the next 2 years is to expand into Asia and the U.S.Requirement :A talented Lead Front-End Developer to join our fast growing company. The candidate will be based in our office located in Pune, India and will get the opportunity to work on our new code base using the Vue.js, React Native and .NET Core framework to create products for our new platform. You will be working closely with our team in Australia, who is focused on producing high quality product experiences, optimised performance and scalable architecture. We also supports professional development and embraces contributions towards the product.Key responsibilities : Implement responsive web design principles to ensure our app renders well across multiple devices, operating systems and the web. Collaborate with front-end lead,back-end developers and UX/UI designers to develop out our product. Develop code libraries and components to be used across multiple projects.Technical Requirements :At least 2-3 years commercial experience working on large SPA applications using modern frameworks such as Vue, React or Angular Vue skills will be more highly regarded Interest and experience in using Vue.js and its associated concepts to build a scalable web application Solid knowledge of fundamental web technologies such as REST, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES2015+)Familiarity with state management tools such as Vuex, MobX, Redux Good knowledge of data structures, architecture and algorithms Great working knowledge of Git and version control Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban A solid eye for detail, able to interpret designs and add polish with micro-interactions Understand system architecture and design. Develop & review low level design documents. Bonus skills: Experience with hybrid/native app development, NativeScript/React Native, .Net Core , Cloud Services (Firestore, AWS), DevOps (Jenkins, npm)Other Responsibilities :Excellent communicator Open minded and always willing to further your own learning Should comply with organizational policies. Responsible for removing technical hurdles in the project. Ensure code quality standards are in place and code is produced to the highest standard.
