Job Description

    Company - Talentedge (Acquired by Upgard)Job Responsibilities:- To make sure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner. To plan, track and manage the KPIs of the team members to ensure the highest efficiency of all the teams engaged in the service delivery. - To engage and work closely with the management to ensure the quality of service while keeping an eye on the optimum return on investments. - To be in touch with the universities to resolve the roadblocks in the smooth delivery of services. Which may include the process of admission, delivery of lectures, arranging examinations and announcement of final results and degrees. - Team Management for smoother operations along with Relationship Management with faculty members.- Will be responsible to prepare and present different reports at department and organizational level. - Responsible to improve the retention rate of the students and ensure the maximum course completion rate throughout the universities and courses. Requirements:- Graduate and Post-Graduate with more than 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing large scale operations.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An eye for detail is must.- Excellent in MIS and report. - Must be able to manage the multiple tasks at a time with highest level of accuracy and efficiency.,
