Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role is to lead and effectively manage, drive talent management, organizational effectiveness initiatives along with performance management, Learning & Development, organization culture, value proposition and engagement.

  • Creating & implementing a talent management infrastructure, framework & strategies and ensuring an integrated approach to workforce planning, this may include identification of critical positions, successions planning, people capability or talent reviews, creation and execution of IDPs/CDPs, career progression path.
  • Manage and drive performance management process for the organization with high quality of goal setting and cascading, performance reviews, feedback management and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Create targeted capability building plans for driving culture change throughout the organization through a combination of internal design and external selection/customization (including the identification and management of external programs, resources, vendors, etc.).
  • Create, review and manage Functional job directory, competencies, proficiency levels, assessments leading to TNI, IDPs and overall development of human capital skill index
  • Integrate culture shaping initiatives into formal and informal leadership development initiatives to help evolve a leaders mindset, change behavior and drive result.
  • Design, development and delivery of learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives, which may involve, Change Management, Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Culture, great place to work /employer branding.
  • Create and manage work plans, communication and sustainability processes, systems & tools to support OD initiatives.
  • Partner with different stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the quality of training & coaching.
  • Lead projects to continuously improve the design of training systems & material, HR OD systems & tools.
  • Overseeing the design and development of customized training programs and driving training effectiveness evaluations for high level of ROI
