Job Description - Creating service solution architecture and service design based on modern Virtual Workplace solutions (Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VMWare Horizon/Mirage)- Analyzing existing IT infrastructure- Advising on service solution- Creating technical service documentation for new services- Presenting the solution to customer (service demo)- Coordinating service setup in the customer environment- Supporting Proof of Concept for new services/technologiesJob Requirements- IT architect experience service architect- Experience in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop technologies- Ability to translate architecture/design into real implementation- Virtual Workplace experience proven by real implementation projects- Practical knowledge of the following technologies: Citrix IMA, DFS-R, DHCP, DNS, MS GPO, SQL clustering- Being familiar with hypervisor solutions (XenServer, HyperV, VMWare)- Architecture experience in designing and implementing High-Availability, distributed systems- Knowledge and experience in storage architecture and related problems performance, scaling High-Availability- Ability to support multiple business needs at once and work with little oversight- Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude- Capability to read and write technical documentation- Ability to work well in a team- High motivation to self-development- Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills- Highly proficient in spoken and written English- Good knowledge of the German (verbal and writing) is a plus- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server is a plus- Knowledge of Citrix products (Netscaler, XenMobile) is a plus- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM product is a plusHere at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
