You would work on the High Level solution and get the approval from relevant stakeholders. You would propose the best fit solution considering the many factors like target audience, culture etc. You would need to understand what is the need of hands on practices in the requirement. You would need to talk various teams to fulfill the environment needs like you will have interface with L&D IT team, Business Unit Infra people, Learning partners, SMEs. You would be responsible and accountable to make sure the lab environments are provided as per the requirement. For this you would be the owner and would need to collaborate with other teams to make the labs ready. You would be handling in setting up new processes around Environments creating envs or maintaining the existing ones. You will be one focal point from R&D team to support Environment needs. The environment could be Onboarding envs, tools and technology envs or Product related envs. Along with technical needs you would also be handling usual ISD projects which may not be very technical for example Multicultural MOOC.All you need is.Strong Amdocs business knowledge. Having experience in technical field in any of the Amdocs Account Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, it can be any stream however Computers is preferable. 5-6 years of IT Industry Experience.
