Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION :
    • 7 to 10 Years of relevant experience
    • Ticket logging discipline Check and ensure no activity is done without a
    • relevant ticket
    • SLA achievement as per agreement Keep track of all severity tickets and
    • review SLA every day for compliance.
    • Pending tickets Daily review of pending tickets during and after
    • each shift, reassign and drive nil pending beyond agreed SLAs
    • Escalation management Respond
    • Major incident management for managed customers Create and follow
    • major incident / S1 management process, Review of RCA quality and
    • submission to all stakeholders within 48 hours / as per contract
    • Strengthening of the pool of technical resources by cross-training
    • and upskilling Plan for training for skills enhancement and cross-skilling
    • Team' s productivity Review productivity on daily basis and publish
    • the report daily to the internal team (+ leadership)
    • Remote resolution of EUS tickets Enables the team and yourself for
    • remote resolution of tickets.
    • Hands on experience on AIX/RHEL Linux, Oracle Linux.
    • Should have strong OS administration skills AIX Linux, Cent OS, Unix, Red hat, ubuntu.
    • Experience in Linux OS installation, Software and Patch management.
    • Linux Heartbeat Clustering.
    • Knowledge on Disk Management with Raid, LVM.
    • Should know how to debug/troubleshoot memory issues.
    • Good knowledge about the Linux system files, boot process and Run levels.
    • Familiar with the configuration and maintenance of server and network hardware and peripherals
    • Managing and creating Volume group, LVM, Snapshots, Recovering LVMs.
    • DNS, DHCP Servers installation and configuration & Troubleshooting.
    • Installation Configuration & troubleshooting of SAMBA, NFS, NIS, LDAP &Apache.
    • Shell scripting as per daily activities needed.
    • Knowledge on Memory management for better OS and application performances.
    • Hands-on experience of system management, system setup and managing Linux or Linux based servers as well as configuring them.
    • Monitor, install, configure, and troubleshoot our production servers and services.
    • Maintain 100% uptime of the production services.
    • Fix the VAPT point
    • Documentation procedures as per the corporate requirement prepared RCA.
    • Handle the Team and domain spoc for client
