Job Description

    work with project manager and business partners, lead and guide development team member on day to-day activity analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, and develop software components as defined by the systems development, life cycle (SDLC) test unit and integration of components for integration into larger subsystems support the Software Component Manager in resolving high-priority defects and deploying fixes to production systems make sure that produced code is secure, stable and operational before handover to the Software Component Manager collaborate with other global IT teamsYour teamYou ll be working in the Client & Tax Services teamin Pune, India. Working closely with other IT deliveryteams located globally, we are a team that fitsalongside Group Operations to deliver projects andthe related changes in an efficient, reliable andconsistent manner. Projects stretch across multipleareas of Group Operations and also require closeworking relationships which collaborate closely withOperations IT, other IT delivery and Group COOunits, as well as our partners in the businessdivisions We seek as a team to implement both new and updates to existing processes and to supportrequired application deliveries that enable GroupOperations to provide high quality service to ourclients within required deadlines., large-scale enterprise, object-oriented design experience knowledge of mainframe computing with over 5 years experience in JCL, COBOL, VSAM, DB2, CICS and MQ technology strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out) knowledge of financial service industry and hands on experiences with middle office / back office systems
