Job Description

    Job Description 1. Preparation of BOQ as per P&ID for piping and fittings. 2. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress. 3. Erection & Commissioning of process & utilities equipments. 4. Preparation of cGMP documents for new equipments. 5. Preparation of SOP related to Engineering Department. 6. Looking after different contractors work activities like fabrication, insulation, civil, HVAC. 7. Looking after operations & maintenance of utility equipment. 8. Maintain safe & clean working environment by procedure, rules & regulation. 9. Preparation of all equipment history card. 10. Preparation of all equipment preventive check list 11. Maintain product & company reputation compile with federal & state regulation. 12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related as needed. 13. Responsible for all engineering related activities. 14. Install and avail the equipment in accordance with the standards of use and safety standards. 15. Repair the breakdowns with suitable proposals to improve the functioning of the equipment. 16. Maintenance of Air Handling Units, Cleanrooms, Cold rooms, Autoclaves etc. 17. Ensure the proper functioning of air and water treatment facilities. 18. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. 19. Operation and maintenance of all utility related equipments like Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Vacuum pumps, Hot Water Systems, Temperature Control Units etc. 20. Breakdown and preventive maintenance of all process related equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, Hydrogenates, ANFD, Multimill, Sifter, Vacuum Tray Dryer, Vessels, Agitated Vessels, Tanks, Lifts, LAF, RLAF and Material handling Equipments, etc. 21. To perform the preventive maintenance as per schedules. 22. Reviewing with production and other department about the breakdown and preventive maintenance. 23. Investigation of root causes of repeated problems and initiating corrective and preventive actions. 24. Verification of the bills submitted by service providers / contractors. 25. Ensure to follow house - keeping standards with focus on 5s systems. 26. Follow up with the Supply Chain Management for required materials, spares and consumables. 27. Handling of equipment qualifications. 28. To do root cause analysis of repeated breakdown. 29. To educate the department technicians and to guide them in problem solving. 30.
