Company - TalentedgeTalentedge is looking for a Manager: Academic Operations who will manage the Online Delivery for the Online Degree Programs offered by our University Alliances.Job Responsibilities :- Source and onboard the Faculty Members / Industry Experts from various domains for conducting Online Live Sessions for the Online Degree programs offered by our University Partners.- Plan and execute the scheduling of live sessions and discussion forums for online degree program offered by our University Partners- Coordinate with the university faculty members and other existing industry partners of Talentedge for smoother operations.- Team Management for smoother operations along with Relationship Management with faculty members.- MIS / Reports related to Live session / discussion forums in sync with Attendance and student engagement apart from other related reports.Skills :- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- An eye for detail is must- Excellent in MS Excel- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.- Able to balance independent work with collaborative work.Academic Qualifications and Relevant Work-Experience :- Post-Graduate with relevant experience in managing large scale operations- Around 7-9 years of experience,
