Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Partner with business stakeholders Center of Excellence (COE) Heads or heads of similar teams to build business/team capability Diagnose / analyze issues; develop and implement interventions that will improve COE impact and team effectiveness Design align and integrate capability building programs with the overall business strategies understanding stated and unstated needs and key initiatives to achieve optimal performance Provide counsel thinking and structured approach on learning interventions to identify and meet developmental current and anticipated capability gaps Consult with various teams to determine project/ module resourcing; secure Subject Matter Experts in partnership with Business & External Sponsors. Create role based programs in line with organizational & business-wise initiatives Identify evaluate and develop alternative training channels and implementing as require Lead and actively participate in strategic customized functional development initiatives which would include assessment design development delivery and evaluation of training Adhere to project timelines and scope and produce key deliverables of the project as they relate to the business goal and strategy Regularly communicate overall business objective/impact to talent team and business stakeholders and oversee efforts of program during the design development implementation and evaluation phases and oversee total budget for area on a monthly basis. Effectively manage partner pool responsible for creation and/or delivery of project milestones and content 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Working with IT - alignment with the objective and timeline of the project to deliver it on time Working on projects which is not a priority for business or IT handholding is required 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Decisions pertaining to the capabilities o Partners system , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA Any specialization b) Work Experience Minimum 5-7 Yrs. experience Experience in Project Management High Stakeholder Management High learning agility
