Job Description

    Manager, Colleague Success Services, APAC Location: Pune, India (Hybrid) Position Summary: This colleague will be part of a foundational team that provides excellent colleague services for just in time, accurate and efficient responses. This is a full-time role that will report to the Senior Director, Global Colleague Success Services, responsible for all tactical regional processes and procedures. Responsibilities cross all functions within Colleague Success (HR), including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leave tracking, records retention, compliance, benefits administration, global mobility, talent systems and analytics, answering colleague queries, and terminations. This colleague will manage a team of 3-6 team members, investing in development and career aspirations while also holding team members accountable for delivering against SLAs and CXAs. Critical thinker who can think strategically and manage a team to create excellent colleague experience is desired. This position offers many opportunities to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced environment.     • Lead team to respond to tickets from colleagues across the company in a timely and accurate manner, creating excellent colleague experience in line with team purpose and strategy.
    • Respond to queries raised by colleagues, managers, leaders, vendors, and Colleague Success team globally to process data related to the entire colleague lifecycle.
    • Enable self-service culture and improve colleague experience
    • Creation of workflows to obtain approvals in SuccessFactors, and other tools
    • Foundational reporting
    • Initial point-of-contact for terminated colleagues post-transition period
    • Maintain updated compensation related data, documentations etc. for colleagues in the region
    • Collaborate with other members of the Colleague Success team such as Colleague Success Services, Colleague Success Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and other Centers of Excellence along with team purpose, and ensure team does the same to create efficiencies and provide support and guidance where needed.
    • Supporting Payroll team by timely monthly data submission
    • Compliance acknowledgement tracking and documentation
    • Facilitate the offboarding process in accordance with each country s laws, guidelines, and practices
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting support, perform data analysis for Colleague Success team members
    • Deliver an exceptional colleague experience through simplifying experiences, creating, and leveraging templates, utilizing technology.
    • Identify efficiencies in processes, automation, and opportunities to upgrade service and experience for all Colleague Success Services.
    • Acts as the escalation point for all queries requiring approval/attention.
    • Working in regional shift is the requirement of this job.
    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
    • Proven experience in an HR/ Talent/Colleague Success function. At least 5 years of experience in Shared Services focusing on Americas/ APAC/EMEA (as appropriate for posting) region is a must.
    • Bachelor s Degree in Employee Relations, HR Management, Employment Law, or relevant degree, training and/or experience.
    • 5 years experience managing a team to a high level of performance.
    • Effective influencing skills to provide resolution of complex and highly sensitive colleague relations issues.
    • Ability to use sound judgment to problem solve, make decisions, and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time, and to coach team to do the same.
    • Demonstrated success driving process improvements.
    • Quick learner, with a flexible and proactive attitude who is comfortable with change and continuous improvement. Detail-oriented & process-driven approach. Strong attention to details, follow-up, and organizational skills
    • Ability to collaborate with colleagues around the world and recognize and adapt to various cultural norms when needed.
    • Command over MS Office & Talent Management tools
    • Passion and sense of urgency for execution.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision, in ambiguous situations, and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions.
    • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement
    • Other than command over English language, fluency in French or Spanish language will be an added advantage.
