Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

  • Manage the Compensation and Benefits portfolio for India location
  • Partner with various functions and HRBPs to understand their requirements, provide insights and support their HR Specific projects
  • Liaison with external agencies for market data collection and salary benchmarking
  • Carry out job analysis and job mapping in order to create and maintain job levelling matrix
  • Create and maintain salary ranges to ensure competitiveness with market
  • Create and maintain employee friendly & legally compliant compensation structure
  • Own, communicate and manage end-to-end Raise / hike process independently
  • Create and manage LTIs / STIs and other relevant schemes as per business requirement
  • Periodically review existing practices and recommend changes for improvements
  • Analyze data and prepare articulate presentations for India leadership
  • Define and follow optimal processes for data management and data sharing
  • Manage and promote employee assistance program and other benefit programs
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 10 years overall experience with at least 3 years continuous experience as C&B Manager in reputed organizations
  • Deep understanding of compensation practices
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis methods
  • Knowledge of current labour laws affecting compensation components
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to independently interact with Senior Management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office with especially strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Self-starter who can work with broad level guidance and direction
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work independently
