Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlease find below JD:1. Implementing and driving effective Sales Order delivery to customer as per defined KPI and l business objectives2. Overall responsibility for customer complaints resolution process and use problem solving approach in driving resolution in accordance to companys policy & procedures by understanding the root cause. Implement/ Suggest corrective actions to avoid recurrence.3. Provide sales forecast to the Planning and Manufacturing Teams in liaison with the sales team for stock transfer to all warehouses. Inventory management for all warehouses4. Coordinating with logistics team for timely movement of material to customer and feedback queries/ solutions5. Should build relationships & networks to drive initiatives across the entire value chain with Employees, Service Providers, and Customers etc6. Customer Feedback/survey on quality, delivery on yearly basis.7. Engage and influence the Customer Service team8. Customer Focused, partner with Sales Team in ensuring quality and reliability of service9. Work in multi-functional teams with Sales, Finance and Operations etc., to come up and execute innovative solutions10. Order management11. Effective management of contractual customers12. Customer level detention demurrage mapping13. Administrative job pertaining to CRM profile (sample process, Invoice related activities (web portal etc.))14. Customer master updating15. IMS audit and other audits for CRM function,
