Escalation & Complaint Management related to People & operating model
Escalation Management Process related issues (L2)
Drive Standardization and Automation
Accountable for,
- BCP mgmt. & Operational Governance meeting (MBR/QBR)
- Site communications in alignment with regional team
- Improving site wise service level and playbook penetration
- VOP operations actions
Resource planning & Forecasting (Job add/ Volume trend/Scope increase etc.,)
Process update; change management & Drive special projects
Lead monthly/ quarterly interlock calls with site and regional directors
Accountable for Quality systems Implementation.
Setting of quality objective and related training
Risk Assessment Audits: Internal
Compliance in Internal and ISO Audits
Audit Observation and actions closure [L2]
Authority to stop process to correct quality problems
Improving & sustaining Flex Voice Survey Satisfaction Level & Skip Level Meetings
Attrition Management
Develop Lean culture
People development & Mentoring
