Roles and Responsibilities- Provide Wind Turbine system-level support through all phases of product development, from requirements definition through design and development, validation and product life-cycle support - Lead & coordinate Wind Turbine system-level cross-functional topics related to loads, stable prototype and fleet operation, system efficiency and power performance, certification etc- Wind Turbine system-level requirement and compliance management via professional requirement management tools- Lead and support critical design RCAs with cross-functional team involvement- Lead and support DFMEAs and design reviews at critical stages of New Product Development and Design Change Projects- Support site specific design assessments for potential customer projects- Wind Turbine technical risk assessment and drive effective mitigation - RAMS (reliability, availability, maintainability and functional safety) support during design, certification and fleet operation High quality technical management reporting Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor or master degree from an accredited university in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or any other related interdisciplinary engineering fields Experience: - 5 + years of system level experience with Wind Turbines or any similar complex technologies including design, prototyping, testing, measurements, performance and certification- Experience in Systems Engineering principles and practices - Experience with leading and guiding international cross functional technical teamsRequired Skills: Excellent problem solving capability and willingness to take ownership of matters and to drive them forward; Strong analytical and project management skills; Strong communication skills, ability to work in International Environment; Team player, friendly and open personality; Target oriented, proactive, systematic and independent working style Perks and BenefitsSalary: Not Disclosed by RecruiterIndustry: Oil and Gas / Energy / Power / Infrastructure Functional Area: Engineering Design , R&D Role Category: Engineering DesignRole: Technical Lead/Project LeadEmployment Type: Full Time, Permanent , Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical
